How to save Rhinestone fonts onto Hard Drive
• Insert Rhinestone Fonts Vol. 1 font disc
• Click the Windows “Start” button
• Select “My Computer” or "Computer" if using Windows 7
• Select the drive where the CD is located
• Right Click on the folder called “Rhinestone Fonts Vol. 1”
• Select “Copy” or press “Ctl + C”
• Go back to the “My Computer” menu or "Computer" if using Windows 7
• Select “Local Disk (C:)” drive
• Select Bling It program folder
• Select “Fonts”
• Paste “Rhinestone Fonts Vol. 1” by pressing “Ctl + V” or right click and select “Paste”
• Repeat process to install any other Rhinestone Font Volumes you have purchased
How to Install Rhinestone fonts
• Open Bling It program
• Click “File” menu
• Select “Install fonts”
• On the left hand side, be sure “Locate CADLink VEF files” is checked
• Click “Browse”
• Select the path to which your fonts are located, for example: “C:\ bling it\Fonts\Rhinestone Fonts”
• Click “Search Now”
• Click “Install All”
How to Use Bling It fonts
1. Once you have installed the fonts, type desired text
2. You will need to change the number of decimal places from 2 to 4 to enter the font sizes. Go to the Options Tab,
choose Ryonet Setup, and select Display Units. Change the "Number of decimal places displayed" from 2 to 4

4. Choose desired font from the font drop down menu. Double click to select desired font. See EXAMPLE #1
(All Bling It fonts will be listed under RT ex: RT-Arial)

5. Now that you have selected the font, you need to size it to the appropriate “stone size”. To do this you will need to refer to the
“stone size conversions” in this manual.
a. In this manual locate the page with the font you have selected. Each font has its own “stone sizing chart”.
The “stone sizing chart” will tell you how high/tall to make the font for the size of stone you want to use.
b. Highlight your text. You can highlight the text by double clicking the text OR using the arrow tool, click on
the text and press CTL+E.
c. While your text is highlighted, change the “text height” by entering the “height” measurement from the
“stone size conversion chart” into the “font height field” for the stone size you wish to use. See EXAMPLE #2- “font height
field” is circled in red. You MUST enter the height into the correct field or your stones will NOT be the correct size! Do not
just click on the text with the arrow tool and change the height, this will NOT give you the correct results. It is important
that these measurements are entered correctly or your template will not cut the correct size circles for the stones you
wish to use.
i. Example: For this font I want to use 3mm/ss10 stones so I would change the height to .989” H.
d. If your text is smaller or larger than you like, try using a stone size up or down to increase or decrease the overall size of
your design. You can change the font and/or stone size as much as you like by repeating steps 3 - 5.
6. If you wish to change the spacing of the letters you can use the automatic or manual kerning function.
7. If you wish to change the stone placement of any letter click on the text then press Ctrl + J, this breaks apart the font and you
can click on any stone. Note: Once you break apart the font, the text is no longer changeable/typeable.
8. To replace the onscreen rhinestone "circles"
with Swarovski rhinestone elements,
use the "Transform" menu,
• Click “Rhinestone”
• Click “Replace with Rhinestones”
• Select “Choose Replacement”
• Select “Swarovski” Library
• Select desired stone size
• Click “Add”
• Click “Ok”
• Click “Replace”
- Your text is now in Swarovski stones and is ready for production.
