MODERN
Founded in 1954 by Christian and Grethe Flensted, the company is now managed by their son Ole and his wife Aase. The
Mobile Centre is located on the beautiful island of Funen, home to Hans Christian Andersen, at Brenderup in the middle of
Denmark.
MUSEUM
All mobiles are assembled by hand by our team of skilled homeworkers who are scattered all over Funen. These tranquil
beginnings follow the mobiles into your home or wherever you display a Flensted Mobile. To be inspired even more, see the

free distribution; it can be ordered in packs of 25, at no cost if requested at
the same time as a normal order for stock.

mobiles themselves, but also in their packaging, and marketing aids available:
How to display
We would be pleased to advise you on displaying and hanging mobiles. Generally, we
recommend the following: that an example of each of the mobiles stocked is on display; that
they are grouped rather than scattered throughout your premises; that they are able to rotate
freely; that spot-lighting is used to take advantage of changing shadows cast on a wall; that
you take advantage of highlighting our brand by the use of some of our marketing aids; and
that the stock for purchase is available close by.

Our 32 pages A4 catalogue is available at no cost, if requested as part of
a normal order for stock. A quantity of up to 6 is recommended. Distribution
should be restricted to very interested clients and Flensted fans.

Self-adhesive window stickers, 25 cm x 25 cm with our logo, “Flensted
Mobiles” are available in either black or white.
Mobile Tree #708
The aluminum ‘Mobile Tree’ can be used if your shop has a
ceiling which is too high or which cannot otherwise be used for
hanging mobiles. We supply it at half cost price. The ”Mobile
Tree” is 240 cm high and 120 cm wide – can be shortened
and mounted in various positions.

We can supply free of charge a specially-designed price-tag
(5x5 cm), with space for the name of the mobile as well as the
price and number, to hang on the thread of a display mobile.
If price and name/number are easily observed, the mobile is
easily picked and sold.
Website
Our website at www.flensted-mobiles.com lists a selection of retailers, so that
someone browsing the web might find a shop near to them. However, to be
listed, a retailer should stock at least 15 different Flensted Mobiles (from a
range of about 150 mobiles), so that a customer does not make a visit in vain.
Please talk to our agent or let us know if you would like to be consider-ed for
the list of retailers.
