The new HUK series combines sturdy trailer design with a low-wear, low-maintenance hydraulic tipping system. 4 Jockey wheel is standard Chassis Unique chassis design. Heavy duty lever catches for sides, front and tailboard With its technical innovations, our revamped HTK three-way tipper is setting standards that the industry is sure to follow. For example, our corner stanchions are now finished in a cathodic dip-painting process. This process is ideal for the stanchions because it gives them especially high impact strength and corrosion resistance. A combination of electrical and hand pump is now standard equipment for trailers with a gross weight of 3.0 t or more. What’s new about this combination is that an oil circulation loop enables combined use of both options. Our engineers have linked the battery for the electric pump to the 13-pin light plug so that the battery can always be recharging while the trailer is in transit – that is, if the towing vehicle’s sockets are configured accordingly. The tracks for the retractable aluminium loading skids are now integrated as standard equipment on this trailer, so it’s easy to add skids any time. The trailer platforms can be between 4540 mm and 5500 mm long and are 2420 mm wide.
