Services, Inc. (LEADS) Specializes in working with at-risk and
impoverished youth and adults.

abatement programs they have been providing community services and
training through-out the Nation for more than 10 years. They have
experienced success mentoring youth gangs members, ex -convicts and
street-involved youth. LEADS is recognized nationally by the Department
of Justice for its expertise in Gang Abatement/Recognition. They are also
known locally for specialized services, going into the most “Dangerous”
communities and reaching out to the people who are most unapproachable
and see them to transition.
Deloris V. Brown, M.S
Ms. Brown graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor degree,
double majoring in History Education and Political Science; followed by a
Masters in Education Administration. She worked in the public school
system for 6 years before accepting a position as a Middle School
Principal. Originally, from the suburbs of Chicago, Ms. Brown understands
well the need for education and access to at risk youth. She is
instrumental in leading our organization with program curriculums,
program evaluation and developing effective youth programs. Her
expertise in the Public School System and in Education lends invaluable
support to Carter Consulting.
