Resource Development Specialist The first born daughter of a pastor and trained at a young age by her grant-writing writing father and RN mom, development and community sservice runs through her veins. Nicole has served numerous social service agencies and units of Federal Government throughout the United States for more than 20 years years. She is certified as a grant writer and evaluator and currently contracts annually with the Federal Departments of Health and Human Services, Education, Agriculture, and the U.S. Department of Treasury.. Contract services include participation in the grant re review and selection process as a panel chairperson. Nicole worked for the State of Tennessee’s Departme Department nt of Military providing contract and grant monitoring and was instrumental in successful grant applications and programs for several prominent social service agencies from California to Mississippi.
