Description
Protaras Holiday Villa St Raphael is situated in a large plot of land in a quiet area in the heart of Cavo Greko
National Park and only few minutes' drive from the blue flag beaches of Konnos and fig Tree Bay.
The main house features an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofas, flat screen
TV and fire place. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bed, a
family bathroom and two twin rooms. At the top of the house there is a roof garden that offers unobstructed sea
views of Protaras and Cape Greco.
Separate to the main house there is a bungalow with one double room, a twin room, shower room and an open plan
kitchen and sitting room that overlooks the pool area.
The main feature of the house is the large plot of plan which offers a large swimming pool with sun-loungers,
tables, chairs, parasol and rattan sofa set. At the back of the house there is a fully grown field with peach, citrus,
water-melons, olive trees and much more. There is also a good BBQ set and a traditional clay-oven.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet.
St Raphael can comfortably sleep sleep 10 adults in beds and also offers two baby cots free of charge. Alternatively
the villa can be rented without use of the bungalow for only 6 adults plus children in baby cots. Please enquire for
rates for 6 persons.
