Federations with a small number of entries are allowed to pay in cash at the registration desk.
A federation, and only a federation, is allowed to cancel the registrations until february 21st, 2008 at 8:00 am. In this case, the
registration doesn’t have to be paid. In the case of non participation in the race without cancelling before this time, the registration fee must be paid.
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees for challenge categories are :
€27 per category for 20’’ and/or 24’’
There is only one round for the challenge classes.
Registration fees for the European championships categories are :
€57 per round for elite categories
€32 per round for junior categories
Deadline for the registration : February 8, 2008
Any registration received after the deadline will be charged twice its cost until the 21st of February 2008 and subject to
availability.
After the deadline, any registration won’t be accepted.

Free for children under five years old.
CATERING
In the hall of the race, there will be a catering and a refreshment during the whole week-end and also breakfast plates.
For safety reasons, the use of iceboxes and bottles will be forbidden inside the halls of Gayant Expo.
ASSISTANCE
The Croix Rouge Française helped by doctors will be present all along the event. As required by the regulations, two ambulances
will be mobilized for the event and the medical teams will be in continuous contact with firemen.
EXHIBITOR ROOM
Near the track, you will find cycling and spare shops but also clothes shops and sweetshops, etc.
Near the hall, there will be a free parking for camping-cars but there will be no electricity, no water and no bathroom.
