Kedai Kek Tong Ah (SPPTA)".Ia dibangunkanuntuk
menyelesaikan
masalahyangdihadapiolehKedai Kek Tong Ah berkaitandengan
pengurusan
pengalaman.SPPTAmenyediakankemudahanpencariandan
perkongsianpengalamandalamKedai Kek Tong Ah. Skopprojek terbahagikepada
tiga iaitu skoppengguna,skopmodul dan skopkajian kes.Prototaipevolusi
merupakanpendekatan
yangdigunakandalampembangunan
SPPTAdanbeberapa
permodelanUML akandigunakandalamfasaanalisadanrekabentukSPPTA.
DiharapSPPTAyang akandibangunkandapatmemenuhiobjektif yang
dirancangkan.

At this modernday,conceptlessonlearnedbecomeimportantto h6lp
organizationto meetthe challenge.Lessonlearnedis part of knowledge
management.
Nowadays,informationsystemis useto accomplishwith the lesson
learned.To helpthe organizationmanagetheir experienced
with moresystematic
andeffective,this projecthadbeenbegan.The project'snameis "Tong Ah Cake
HouseLessonLearnedSystem(SPPTA)".SPPTAis useto solvethe problemwhich
associatewith lessonlearnedfaceby Tong Ah CakeHouse.Besidethat, SPPTA
havefunctionto let the usersearchand sharetheir experienceat moreconvenient
way. Therehavethreecategoriesfor projectscope,that's userscope,modulescope
andcasestudyscope.Prototypeevolutionasthe methodologyuseto build the
systemandalsoUML. We hopethat SPPTAcanfulfillthe entireobjectiveasplan.
