Training Objective
Training Packages
The assessment of flying skills (screening) on a simulator is a crucial part of every
pilot selection procedure. The PTN screening preparation prepares the student pilot
for the screening in the best possible way. Different packages are tailored to the
individual needs. In a full flight simulator of Lufthansa Flight Training experienced
instructors will enhance the individual flying skills necessary for passing the
screening at the respective airline.
Class A Standard
Simulator:
Boeing 737-300/-800, CRJ-100/-200, CRJ-700/-900
Duration:
2.5 hours (1.5 hours full flight simulator + 1 hour briefing and debriefing)
Price:
700 EUR
600 EUR for former PTN-students
The Simulators
PTN uses common screening types of full flight simulators from the Lufthansa Flight
Training fleet:

The Instructors
PTN employs experienced instructors that are very familiar with the specific
requirements of the various airline screenings. The screening preparation packages
are precisely tailored to the latest requirements of the airline which invited the student
pilot.
Class A Extended

3.5 hours (2.5 hours full flight simulator + 1 hour briefing and debriefing)
