Hollister Construction Services constructed a new 8,900sf, 280-seat Maggiano’s LIttle
Italy restaurant in Garden City, NY, the chain’s first restaurant in New York State.
The Italian restaurant, known for its signature old world Italian ambiance, has an open
floor plan layout, three dining areas, a bar with a dining area and a take-out area. The
restaurant also features a 2,500 - 3,000 square foot state-of-the-art scratch kitchen
equipped with top-of-the line equipment, where meals are only made when guests order.
Strategically located across from the new Neiman Marcus and adjacent to the Roosevelt
Field Mall, the restaurant brand made its grand opening in December 2015, just in time
for the holidays.
