FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Fits seatposts 26mm - 32mm
For seatposts 32mm+ contact Carradice
for replacement steel bands
1.
lnsert bolts E & F into holes as shown and lightly screw on to
steel bands on the other side.
Maximum recommended weight:- 1Okg
2.
Slide red catch B into SQR block C (as in fig.)
3.
Push spring D into circular channel ln SQR block C.
4.
Remove seatpost from bike frame.
5.
Slide the 2 steel brackets A onto seatpost taking care not to
lose spring. Position with red catch nearest saddle.
6.
Select the desired position on the seatpost with bolt holes
fucing to the rear.
7.
Tighten the bolts so that the block cannot be rotated on
the seatpost.

lf a tighter flt is required,
clip the split plastic tube onto
the frame as illustrated
A piece of old inner tube over the seat post
where the bands are to be fitted will protect
the seat post from scratches and enable the
bands to grip without overtightening
NB.
After use check bolts and tighten if necessary.
