approximately equal parts of:
• PROLENE*– non-absorbable polypropylene
• MONOCRYL*–absorbable poliglecaprone
• Mass of ULTRAPRO* (permanent polypropylene) is just 28g/m2
compared to 80-85g/m2 for PROLENE* mesh
• More than 60% less remaining foreign body meterial permanently
implanted

open & laparoscopic incisional hernia repair
Features a thin, bioresorbable fabric layer that effectively separates
its strong, supportive mesh from underlying tissue and organs.
A composite of proven products from ETHICON, PROCEED* Surgical
Mesh addresses the issues of tissue attachment, infection, and
sub-optimal handling that remain potential problems with currently
available tissue separating meshes.
