Does the Glow staff stay for entire rental?
For birthdays, our staff do not regularly
stay on site. We review safety instructions
upon delivery, with a responsible volunteer
responsible for the bounce.
We can however provide an attendant
for an extra charge.

Does Glow provide power?
Power is normally provided by client.
We require a 15 amp circuit within 75ft
of setup location. If a client cannot
provide adequate power, we can provide
power for a $39 charge.

BIRTHDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within two weeks - client will owe 50% of the total balance due.
Cancellation the day of the event - client will owe 100% of balance due, unless due to weather.
Weather Cancellation – we will call the morning of the event if weather is questionable. If you cancel at that point due to weather there is
NO charge. If you cancel once we arrive (without setting up), you will owe a portion of the balance due.
If you decide to risk it and we fully set-up, then you will be charged 100% of the balance due.
