I hope you all are having a great time so far. DLC is a great place to meet new people and make lasting memories. This conference highlights the best of our great clubs and challenges us to achieve even more. I look forwarded to meeting you all and making new friends during this DLC. I joined Key club three years ago and fell in love instantly. I was amazed by the family atmosphere this club provided and its friendly competitive spirit. From those around me I have learned that service is more than just volunteering, it is sacrificing what you have for the betterment of others. This attitude has allowed me to devote myself to this club and grow in the lessons and experiences this club has to offer. It is because of these experiences and all the great times I have had that I wish to take the next step in leading my Key Club family to new and greater heights. If elected I would work to increase membership throughout the district through improving relations with non Key Club organizations and encouraging clubs who have lost their character to re-involve themselves in Key Club activities. This would be achieved through a new communication system based on the improvement of social media outlet usage. This will allow an exchange of ideas and direct communication to Key Clubbers. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to meeting you all at .this Years DLC! 24 Qualifications Over 300 Hours of Service Member of Key Club for 3 years Current Division 5 Lieutenant Governor Former Freshman/Sophomore Representative for club Student Ambassador Active BoyScout Held Multiple Leadership Roles in BoyScouts Goals Improve District Communication through social media such as Twitter and Facebook Improve the participation throughout the district and increase the number of Key Club members Make the ALS Foundation the Governor Project 25 26 27 28 29 Past Governors of MO-Ark 2014-15- Emily YatesIndependence, MO 2013-14 Caleb Duerkop..Cabot, AR 2012-13 - Aric Helmandollar..,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Trenton, MO 2011-12 - Brandon Whittle.Trenton, MO 2010-11 - Ben Duran..Troy, MO 2009-10 - Patrick Ratliff..Kennett, MO 2008-09 - Lance Wilson..Osceola, AR 2007-08 - Stuart LutherJonesboro, AR 2006-07 - Adam Dwiggins.Troy, MO 2005-06 - Tony Stahlschmidt.St.Charles, MO 2004-05 Chris DolenceJoplin, MO 2003-04 - Mallory Lynch...Oceola, AR 2002-03 - Bill Reimer.St. Clair, MO 2001-02 - Doug Archambo...St. Clair, MO 2000-01 - Dave Finklang..
