Calibration Service
■ In order to ensure reliability in accordance with standards and
statutory requirements, Hilti recommends that laser measuring and
detection tools are checked regularly. In normal use, measuring tools
should be checked annually.
■ The Hilti Calibration Service provides confirmation that the tool
tested is in conformance with the specifications given in its operating instructions.
■ Hilti provides verification of calibration by applying a label to each
tool tested.
■ Written confirmation of accuracy can also be provided by Hilti at the
time of calibration of the measuring tool. This may be required to
comply with ISO 9001.
Hilti now offers an in-house repair facility for all Hilti measuring and
detection tools:
