Dallas’
Infrastructure
The site is also near a large multi-conduit fiber infrastructure running north and
south on N. Stemmons Freeway. This “backbone” fiber ring infrastructure supports a
healthy portion of the Dallas market. There are plenty of fiber access points along the
front span of the existing facility, ensuring carrier and entrance diversity.
The Dallas Metro area has at least 15 independent fiber networks, forming a dense telecommunications infrastructure unrivaled in the South.
Additionally, Dallas’ long-haul and regional networks provide excellent transport route
diversity for inbound and outbound data, voice and video traffic.
Most of these routes are within a short distance of 899 N. Stemmons Freeway, as they
transition through 1950 N. Stemmons Freeway or 2323 Bryan St. – the local carrier hotels.
• Three to four potential entry facilities
can be created to provide maximum
route diversity and physical service
separation
• 10 separate fiber networks with six
separate pathways
• Both aerial and underground fiber
infrastructure (the best of both worlds)
• Two long-haul networks pass by the
facility
• In very close proximity to two of the
largest data centers in the South
• Sixth-largest metropolitan economy in
the United States
• Fourth-largest employment center in
the nation
