Why? Great food, spectacular setting, and a crowd of people all gathered together to support
conservation in their best western attire make the Hootenanny Hoedown one of the feature fall
events in Chester County. The bottom line: you are missing out if your name does not appear on the

What? What is a Hootenanny Hoedown anyway? We see it as an all encompassing title that means
you will have a lot of fun while knowing that you are supporting an organization that is improving the
quality of life in southern Chester County through our four tenets of conservation, education, historic
preservation and stewardship. We encourage cowboy boots and casual wear, this is no stuffy black tie
affair.
Where? The 4th annual Hootenanny Hoedown will again be held at The Ruins on the PA Hunt Cup
Course. The spectacular views from the tent remind us of the aesthetic benefits of open space while
creating an atmosphere for the best barn party you will ever attend.
How does it help your business? We offer many benefits to our sponsors depending on their level of
support including: promotion through our very active social media accounts; promotion through press
