SPECIFIC VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR PERU
BUSINESS VISA
”- original signed passport, valid for at least 6 months after returning to Canada,
”- one (1) fully completed and signed visa application form, stamped by a LAWYER/NOTARY.
”- two (2) recent passport-style photographs (35 x 45mm),
”- copy of Permanent Resident card if you are not Canadian,
”- a return air ticket or an itinerary from your travel agent,
”- a letter from your company, stating the purpose of your visit,
”- a letter of invitation from your sponsor (institution or company) in Peru indicating purpose and
duration of stay.
”- To apply here the client must list the VSC office address on the Peruvian application form:

TOURIST VISA
”- original signed passport, valid for at least 6 months after returning to Canada,
”- one (1) fully completed and signed visa application form, stamped by a LAWYER/NOTARY.

WORK VISA
All work visas must be pre-authorized by the Foreign Ministry, and the Ministry of Labour in Lima,
Peru. Authorization is sent by the Peruvian government to the Peruvian Embassy in Ottawa..
