This panel discussion will feature national and local
activists who explore how gender shapes the immigration
process. Men and women often have distinct paths to the
U.S., and once here, they can encounter distinct
challenges. Panelists will look at domestic violence, the
Dream Act, getting a college education, work and
more—and they will share what their organizations do to
effect justice for all living in the U.S.
