being developed by Bill Richardson of W.A. Richardson
Builders, Inc., the company responsible for designing
some of Las Vegas’ most iconic resorts.
Drive past our military-grade security checkpoint and
leave your vehicle with our valet. We’ll transport your
firearms directly to the range – or you can select a favorite
from our rich collection of handguns and long guns.
From there, a shooter’s paradise awaits. With multiple
ranges, virtual shooting environments, and the
centerpiece of The Presidential Club; the world’s only
indoor trap range, standing five majestic stories high.
Savor a gourmet dinner and a vintage wine in the

Presenting the world’s first indoor trap range. (Actually, 2 climate-controlled ranges, each with 5 stations and elegant hardwood
floors.) It’s not only a technological marvel, but a hallmark of luxury for the discriminating shooter. The Presidential Club
will be more than a place for members and guests to shoot trap in year-round comfort, impervious to the elements.
Each range will include stunningly lifelike video backdrops: each a 180˚ panorama that envelops shooters in the virtual
surroundings of their choice – from the plains of the Kalahari, rife with game, to desolate Arctic tundra. The trap
throwers at Presidential Club are the same ones used by the U.S. Olympic team. The Club’s target systems are
activated by voice, making the coordination of trap release and shot foolproof. Every score is recorded electronically.
At The Presidential Club, you’re never restricted to your own guns. Members can choose from a colossal collection of
shotguns, in practically every commercially available bore, barrel length and firing mechanism.
The centerpiece of The Presidential Club is its gallery, a singular place of refinement that sits at the heart of this
remarkable facility. Upon entering the lobby and being checked in, members and guests are mere steps from the
gallery. It stands majestically atop the Club’s trap ranges, providing a unique vantage point and perspective on the
activities below. With easy access to the Club’s lounge, spa and other amenities, the gallery stands as the starting
point for every Presidential Club experience.
INDOOR PISTOL & RIFLE Range
Indoor Pistol & Rifle Ranges
Vault
The Presidential Club’s 10 luxury suites each encompass 3 lanes on our 50-yard indoor pistol and rifle ranges. Each
suite holds up to four people. Shooters can watch the flat screens while enjoying a drink from the alcohol-free wet bar.
From your suite, you’ll use the LCD screen to select your guns, ammunition, and other equipment. Minutes later, your
gun valet will arrive with your order. Our ranges are the most advanced of their kind. Sight in automatically at up to
500 yards, or use the cameras to monitor shots from 25 – 50 yards. And once you’ve finished with a target, it’ll return
all by itself. Best of all, we’ve eliminated the inevitable dirty work that comes with shooting. Once you’re done, our
gunsmith will clean and store your weapons and remove any unused ammunition, leaving you with nothing to do but
head upstairs for a cocktail or relax in the spa.
For some, housing their collections at home can be impractical. Our cavernous vault gives you 24/7 access to all your
weapons, This 8000 sq/ft facility will store all your firearms no matter how large or how many. You will have the assurance
of knowing that your firearms are safe and secure.

The Club’s private arsenal is the envy of some police departments – and it’s called the Million Dollar Presidential Gun
Collection for a reason. The collection includes the latest rifle, handgun, shotgun and machine gun models from major
manufacturers including Beretta, Glock, SIG Sauer, Smith & Wesson, along with vintage and legacy guns.
Experienced shooters recognize Fiocchi Munizioni as the standard-bearer for custom ammunition. For over
130 years, the Italian manufacturer has crafted some of the truest, most dependable shells and cartridges
ever forged. The Presidential Club is proud to offer Fiocchi’s entire North American line of leathers, bags and
accessories, along with custom shotgun fittings and engraving. Our guest services professionals can transport your
guns to your next shoot or hunting trip, practically anywhere in the world. They’ll even sight in your scope for you. The
Presidential Club also has reciprocal arrangements with other elite shooting facilities throughout the United States.
Proshop
The pro shop offers not just a comprehensive line of firearms and ammunition, but accessories ranging from targets to
holsters to cleaning kits. Our resident gunsmiths handle all repairs and maintenance.
Training
Our instructors are among the finest in the industry, teaching the finer points of precision, accuracy, and above all,
safety. Instructors are available for private lessons, group lessons, and concealed-carry weapon courses. Complete
the one-day coursework for a Nevada CCW license, and you’ll be authorized to carry concealed in 15 states.
Restaurant and Lounge
The Spa and fitness center
Like every other amenity at The Presidential Club, the restaurant and lounge will be reserved exclusively for the
enjoyment of members and their guests. In both menu and décor, the restaurant will compare to any 4-star establishment
on the Las Vegas Strip – only with the cachet of being restricted to the select few members of The Presidential Club,
and with 24-hour convenience. Our expert chefs will create both traditional favorites and nouvelle americaine dishes,
with a rotating menu of weekly and seasonal entrées.
The Club’s expansive, resplendent spa will include multiple hot tubs and steam rooms. Each member will enjoy the
use of a personal locker, handcrafted in mahogany and generously oversized. The spa will be a destination unto itself,
with our stylists offering hair treatments, massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, all in the privacy of your own
suite. Each suite will feature a mini bar and plasma screen, along with an old-fashioned hydraulic barber chair.
The Lounge will boast an eclectic selection of wine and spirits, and host special events throughout the year. Guests
will savor the finest tobaccos in The Presidential Club’s self-contained cigar bar and humidor. Adjacent to the humidor
are the Club’s private poker rooms, billiard rooms and conference rooms.
Our state-of-the-art fitness center includes the latest and most advanced cardiovascular and workout equipment.

The Presidential Club selected aboutGolf, makers of the most realistic virtual golf environments on the market, to
create 3 full-swing simulators. If you’ve never played an aboutGolf simulator, you’ll be astounded by its almost molecular
attention to detail. With the press of a button, you’ll be able to select from among 30 of the planet’s most renowned
courses – including Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, and The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews. All tee times
will be booked in advance.
As a Presidential Club member, once you’re on the premises, everything from your valet parking to guest passes becomes
our responsibility – and our pleasure. For a minimal fee, members will be able to order firearms via the concierge.
