SPEEDSTER/SPORT CARBURETOR REBUILD
Carburetors are equipped with a
different size fixed main jet for each
cylinder. The carburetor is marked “L”
(#1 cylinder) and “R” (#2 cylinder).
The carburetor is marked in two
areas: The carburetor upper body near
the choke valve and the lower body
near the main jet plugs.
REMOVING/INSTALLING FLOAT PIN
IMPORTANT:
Remove and install float hinge pin as shown. When
installing float hinge pin be sure pin is flush with float
support or pin will interfere with lower body.
