WHAT SKILLS DO YOU REQUIRE?
Tips
Do not use Boolean Logic
g in Power Resume Search!
As a general rule, make the job title broader and use
skills/keywords to narrow the focus and results
Years of Experience doesn’t exclude candidates, it
simply factors into the ranking
If a skill is not found as part of a job description with
actual dates, we’ll assign 0 years of experience
Even though there is currently no Language field, you
can enter a language within a Skill field and make that a
requirement
Under School, you can search by “Ivy League”, “Seven
Sisters”, etc.
