God @ Work around the Prayer Networks
God @ Work around the Prayer Networks May - August 2010 MNPN National Prayer Facilitator, Rev Ann Low reports: Praise the Lord for the many opportunities to move around the Prayer Networks in Sarawak, Sabah, Peninsular Malaya and even to GDOP Cape Town, S. Africa and Malaysians in Australia. I was much encouraged by God‘s provision for trips locally and abroad not only for myself but for traveling partners and those burdened to pray beyond their networks. It was amazing to see God raising children, youth, churches, denominations and Pastors‘ Fellowships in different towns standing in prayer for people groups in our nation. GDOP May 23 in Malawati Stadium, Shah Alam and Cape Town, SA The Malaysian Church standing in unity and honoring the Orang Asli at GDOP Malawati Stadium, Shah Alam GDOP was the highlight in May. Many churches banded together for 10 days to pray for breakthroughs in their towns and regions. Prayer teams went out to small and isolated parts in Peninsular Malaya and came back with encouraging testimonies. RUN FOR THE NATION 2010 was awesome with many testimonies of God‘s presence with teams in the 14 states. As Stadium Malawati filled up on Pentecost Sunday for GDOP, many could see the visible unity of the Malaysian Church. With over 200 pastors and leaders seated in front and 28 runners coming in with flags of the different states, about 10,000 believers invited the King of Glory to pour out His Spirit on our nation. A team of 13 Malaysians traveled to Cape town for the CIP (Children in Prayer) Global Summit and also attended the 10th Anniversary of the GDOP at the Velodrome, Bellville Stadium. 1 God’s Eye on Sarawak Bintulu Pastors‟ Fellowship Sibu in Sarawak has been chosen for the 1st Malaysian Prayer Convocation on 2-4 Dec 2010. Sarawak was the first state upon which the Lord poured out His revival fire in years past. This Prayer Convocation is open to all. MNPN is working with a local committee (picture on page 4) to organize this. They have also agreed to mobilize monthly prayer. Bintulu pastors were encouraged to attend this Convocation. A team from the Chinese church there shared passionately about their work among the Ibans. SIB Sarawak Gunong Murud Annual Prayer Convention: In July about 400 persons from different parts of Malaysia and overseas gathered at Buduk Nur, Ba Kelalan. The revival fire and miracles that were poured out in the ‗70s continue to be experienced.
