Location of Sale: Cullman Stockyard, Cullman, AL
Terms: Each animal to be sold to the highest bidder. The
auctioneer shall settle any disputes as to bids. All cattle are
to be paid for by the purchaser during or immediately after
the sale and will not be released until after settlement has
been made. Please do so sale day. Each animal will be at
purchaser’s risk immediately after the animal is sold.
Mail or Phone Bids: If you would like to place a bid on
any lot but will not be able to be with us, we would be
happy to handle mail or phone bids for you. Please direct
them to the owner, sale manager, or any of the sale staff.
Trucking: Truckers believed to be reliable will be available
to assist purchasers with shipping arrangements. We assist
purchasers in any manner.
Health: Each animal selling will be accompanied by state
approved health papers from state of origin. Buyers should
make themselves aware of the health requirements for
their respective states.
Guarantee: The bulls offered for sale are sold under the
terms and guarantees recommended by the American
Angus Association.
Insurance: Available at clerk’s desk.
Liability: Each animal will be at buyer’s risk as soon as
sold. Neither the owners, employees, auctioneer nor other
affiliated personnel can be responsible for accidents; however, they will make every effort to provide a safe environment.
Registration Certificates: The animals will be transferred
to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Each buyer must be
sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for
making transfers.
Announcements: Any made at the sale by owner or the
auctioneer will take precedence over sale book or any
printed material.
Sale Manager: American Livestock Brokers is only an
agent for the seller and has no responsibilities other than
those involved in conducting the sale. All persons who
attend the sale do so at their own risk and the owners or
management assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for
any accidents which may occur.
