Course is available from 6:00pm-9:30pm for meetings from October 15-April 1.

Thinking of a ‘TEAM BUILDING’ day or afternoon for your Executives or Employees? Think about
Cordova Bay Golf. The CPGA Teaching Professionals would be pleased to develop a program for your group.
A day of instruction, Cordova Bay’s CPGA Instructors will develop a day long program to suit your Team’s
needs, from ‘I don’t play Golf’ basics program to advanced instruction and club fitting.
Full day or half day programs can be developed to fit your schedule. Cordova Bay offers you two
selections when you are deciding to include a meal. Breakfast, lunch or dinner in Bill Mattick’s restaurant or
a BBQ lunch or dinner on the Patio up at the Ridge Course.
The Ridge Course, Victoria’s most scenic par three course and only 18 hole real grass putting course. The
‘Ridge’ offers a great short game area for short approaches, pitching and sand play. The Ridge Café has a
scenic patio for your barbeque, light meals of soup or sandwich or will develop a menu to suit.
Group Lessons - $135.45 per student
Designed as an introduction to the game of golf, Cordova Bay’s Group Lessons are developed for 5 - 9
students.
Each program includes:





Four hours of professional instruction
Student passport
Two nine-hole rounds at the Ridge Course
Ten Small buckets of range balls
An optional private, 45 minute lesson for 1/2 price
This program can be designed in one hour blocks to run over four weeks or two hour blocks to run over two
weeks. Times and days of the week will be scheduled to suit.

A day of “getting together” for golf instruction developed to suit the needs of your ‘Team’. These
programs run from “I don’t play golf” basics programs to advanced instruction and club fitting. These
programs are developed for 4 to 8 students.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Deposit and Cancellation policy - If food and beverage is a component there is a $250 non-refundable deposit
required upon booking. Deposits for functions will be returned to you within 5-7 business days following your event.
Should you require your deposit deducted from your overall bill an invoice will be sent with the final due total. $20 will
be added for NSF cheques. Please make cheques payable to CORDOVA BAY GOLF COURSE.
2. Alcohol Policy - All alcohol must be purchased from the Ridge Course. Any alcohol given out as prizes or gifts cannot
be opened in the restaurant. Unauthorized outside alcohol consumed in the restaurant or on the golf course
will be confiscated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Food Policy - All Food not consumed at the Ridge restaurant must remain. No food or dessert is permitted to leave
the premises due to health regulations. Guaranteed numbers are due 2 weeks in advance and menu selections are due
1 month prior. Guaranteed numbers will be charged to final invoice.
4. Pace of Play - Each hole takes an estimated 10 minutes to play making a 90 minute 9-hole round.
(Food and beverage will be based on a 90 minute round of golf)
5. Getting underway - All players are expected to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to tee-off.
Tee-times cannot be guaranteed if players arrive late.
6. Inclement Weather - In situations of inclement weather, guests do have the option of postponing golf; however, any
pre-ordered BBQ’s will continue as scheduled.
7. Invoice and Payment - The invoice will be emailed to the Tournament Coordinator between 7 and 10 days following the
event. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
