BC Rockies Folded Map ads can be custom designed as you wish. Golden Notepad Map ads are prepared to formatted
specifications noted on a separate Ad Specs sheet.
• Supply files by email or file sharing service (wetransfer.com is free and easy to use). We accept packaged InDesign files with
PDF color proofs and editable press ready PDF files. Images must be high resolution (300 dpi).

• Our art department can design and built your ad — reasonable charges will apply.
There is no cost to layout formatted Golden Notepad Map ads unless we must edit your text or adjust your logo or photo.
SPECIAL POSITIONS
• Preferred locations (except for back cover of the BC Rockies Folded Map) are not available. We arrange ads in a logical
sequence so map users can easily match advertisers with their location on the map.
PAYMENT TERMS
• Businesses with acceptable credit references are invoiced after the map is released.
Terms are Net 30. Overdue accounts are charged interest of 1% per month.
