of water at the entrance of the Nakoma Country
Club in Madison, Wisconsin. In 1929, Wright had

flat or hipped roofs, windows grouped in horizontal bands,
and integration with the landscape. Frank Lloyd Wright
was the most famous proponent of this style and felt that
