Sushi
All of our Sushi is freshly made on site, by our specialist chef using only the finest authentic
ingredients and the freshest fish & vegetable products available at the Dar es Salaam market.
We serve Makizushi, which is the bamboo mat rolled Sushi with an outer layer of Nori (seaweed)
around a ring of fermented rice with the key ingredient being either raw fish, vegetables or
a combination of the two at the centre of the roll. We also serve Nigirizushi, this sushi style
is presented as oblong cubes of fermented rice with the key ingredient dressed over the top.
Nigirizushi and Makizushi are accompanied by Wasibi, sometimes called Japanese horseradish and
similar to hot mustard in taste, we also serve Soya sauce with our Sushi.
