America`s Boat Show — The Best of Fort
America’s Boat Show — The Best of Fort Lauderdale 2015 What’s hot, what’s cool, and what to do at this year’s edition of America’s greatest boat show. Every fall, yachting enthusiasts turn their attention to South Florida to see the latest and greatest the industry has to offer for the coming season. Now in its 56th year, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show promises to be the grandest yet, with more than 3 million square feet of exhibit space in the water and on land, in seven locations. For 2015, fast is in, fuel efficiency is key, convertibles are king and inside/outside living space is what yacht owners want. Several brand-new models are scheduled to make appearances at the show. Some are making their world debuts. Others are surfacing in the United States for the first time. Here’s a sample of some of the new boats showgoers can experience on the docks this year and a guide to some great things to do in Fort Lauderdale if you attend.
