To start earning Qantas points,
you need to be a member of the
Qantas Frequent Flyer program, and
opt into Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct.
Once you’re signed up, all future CommBank
Awards points earned will be automatically
transferred to your Qantas Frequent Flyer
account monthly.
With Velocity Frequent Flyer, the global frequent
flyer program of Virgin Australia, you can earn and
redeem Velocity Frequent Flyer Points around the
globe with their network of program partners.
Use your Velocity Frequent Flyer Points to
travel to over 500 destinations worldwide with
Virgin Australia and their airline partners,
including Singapore Airlines, Etihad Airways,
Air New Zealand and Delta Air Lines.

Things you should know: 1To opt-in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct, call 13 1661. There is a $30 annual fee charged for opting in. Qantas Points are offered by CommBank and accrue in accordance with and are subject to the CommBank Awards Program Terms and Conditions
available at commbank.com.au/creditcardstc. Exclusions, points caps and limitations apply. Points are earned on eligible transactions (most purchases, but not, for example, BPAY transactions, cash advances, payments to the Australian Taxation Office, unless made using a Business

If you misplace your credit card, you can temporarily lock it while

overseas you can lock international online and in-store payments.

And if your card is lost, you can now instantly cancel it and order

BLOCK ATM cash advances
LIMIT your spending
Now you can block ATM cash advances if you don’t want
to withdraw cash from your credit card.
Set a limit per transaction, then whenever a purchase is above
that limit, it’ll be declined and we’ll alert you.
