Thank you for considering Ravesi’s for your special
occasion. With spectacular views of world famous
Bondi Beach, your function at Ravesi’s is sure to
be an enjoyable and memorable experience for
yourself and all of your guests. Ravesi’s restaurant
beckons you to the first floor where you can dine
inside and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, or sit at
a table on the terrace and soak up the buzz of
Bondi Beach.
Based around a Modern Pacific theme the food is
perfectly suited to the beachside setting and our
Head Chef Darren Elmes has developed a
delicious menu suited to larger group bookings.
We have a set menu to suit group bookings for
either a lunch or dinner sitting.
For lunch or dinner bookings of 10 people or more
(larger tables subject to availability), it is required
you choose from either our 2 or 3 course set
menu. Our 2 course menu is $55 per person and
our 3 course menu is $65 per person. Set menus
include bread & olives on arrival as well as three
side dishes with main course.
Set menu prices include weekend and public
holiday surcharges.
There is a 5% service fee on the final bill for all
group bookings of 8pax or more. To make a group
booking reservation please call Ravesi’s to check
availability and then simply fill out the Terms and
Conditions form and fax or email it through to
Ravesi’s to confirm your reservation.

Whether it’s a special occasion to celebrate or just
a chance to get together with friends for a quiet
cocktail on the terrace, drift is the perfect place for
it.
Drift captures the natural, timeless beauty and
simple pleasures of Sydney’s coastal life, the
perfect setting for all celebrations. Specially
designed by Sydney’s hottest design team, SJB
Interiors, Drift was conceived with the highest
standards of luxury and international sophistication
in mind.
Glosses and mattes in monochromatic black and
white are offset with the rich caramel browns and
tans of natural textures such as timber, fine
leathers and stone. Like a luxury beach house, drift
offers supreme comfort with white leather and
brushed cotton daybeds; rich upholstered
ottomans and glazed brilliant white champagne
cork stools.

We are happy to accommodate group bookings on
Drift terrace- please contact our functions team for
assistance with booking. Groups over 60 guests
will require exclusive use of Drift. Exclusive use of
drift is subject to a minimum spend of $10,000 on
Thursday, Friday & Sunday. Exclusive use on a
Saturday requires an $18,000 minimum spend.
Note: 5% service fee on food
To secure a function space or for exclusive hire we
will require a completed terms and conditions form
with a 20% deposit of min spend.

Drift can accommodate private dining for parties of
40pax and under. For the private dining space we
charge a room hire fee of $300 which includes a
set table with white tablecloth inside the cocktail
lounge, as well as a reserved area on the adjoining
terrace.
We offer a choice of either a 2 ($55 per person) or
3 ($65 per person) course set menu. Some groups
also like to supplement this with pre meal canapés
on the terrace. We are more than happy to
accommodate individual dietary requirements such
as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals.

CORPORATE FUNCTIONS
Drift is much more than a luxurious cocktail bar;
only a short distance from the city, Drift’s
comfortable and intimate interior, natural flowing
light and beachside setting makes for the perfect
location to host team building activities, seminars,
and conferences and brainstorming activities. In
conjunction with high quality menu options Drift is
a great excuse to leave the office behind for an
experience that will impress, motivate and reward
clients and colleagues beyond all expectations.
Our business seminar packages are available
Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
Please Note: Drift Corporate functions are
available for a maximum 20 people. For larger
conferences, please see the Bondi Bathers Surf
Club function pack.

TERMS &
CONDITIONS
All reservations for RAVESI’S RESTAURANT & HOTEL are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. No variations will be accepted unless agreed in
writing with RAVESI’S management. For the duration of your function you & your guests must agree to abide by all hotel policies and regulations especially
in regards to Responsible Service of Alcohol Laws.
Ravesi’s:

Has the right to remove or refuse entry to any person whose behavior is objectionable, improper or undesirable

Will not be held responsible to theft or damage of the guest’s personal property, clothing etc.

Shall charge you for any damage caused to the premises by yourself and/or guests.

Ravesi’s has strict license restrictions. All guests are required to leave the premises upon hotel closing time.

All catering and beverages will be supplied by Ravesi’s only.
RESERVATIONS CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
For all Restaurant Group Bookings, a completed Terms & Conditions form along with credit card details is required to secure the booking. Credit card
details are not initially processed but retained as security for the booking. All other function requests require a deposit to secure the booking. Your function
date will be only tentatively held in the interim. We will require a 20% deposit of the minimum spend for your function, which can be paid by cash, cheque,
credit card or direct deposit. Exclusive use dining in Drift is subject to a hire fee of $300 and a minimum spend of $2000 on food and beverage. Once a
deposit is received and your catering needs discussed, you will be given a quote for food, DJ, beverages etc. Remembering that beverages charged on
consumption and not on a package cannot be given a quote for. If your total bill is above or below the agreed minimum spend for your function, you will be
required to pay the difference.
All exclusive use functions and group bookings are subject to a 5% group surcharge fee. For restaurant bookings, your total bill will be finalized and must be
paid for at the conclusion of your function by either credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Bankcard) or cash. Cheques will not be accepted as a method of
payment. For all Exclusive Use Functions, there is a 2% surcharge for all transactions made through Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Bankcard. We do not have
the facilities to provide separate bills. For all other functions, full payment is required at least 3 days prior to the function.
CANCELLATIONS: For all Restaurant Group Bookings,. Credit card details are not initially processed but retained as security for the booking. Ravesi’s
retains the right to charge 100% of the total booking cost if cancellation is made any later than 9am on the morning of the reservation. For all exclusive and
private functions, cancellation within 2 weeks of the booked date will incur a loss of 50% of the paid deposit. Cancellation within 7 days of the booked date
will incur a loss of 100% of the paid deposit. Ravesi’s reserves the right to consider your booking cancelled if the deposit has not been paid 7 days prior to
function.
GUEST NUMBERS: For Restaurant Group Bookings, the maximum number of guests is 18 people. For such bookings, as well as all other functions at
Ravesi’s, guaranteed guest numbers are required 3 working days prior to your event. These numbers are what we will be catering for and the minimum
number of guests charged.
SEATING: We do not take reservations for tables on the balcony or by the window. These are requests only and will not be guaranteed.
PRICES AND FOOD AVAILABILITY: Please note prices and menu items are subject to change at any time without notice to ensure the use of fresh
seasonal produce.
MENU: Set menus are compulsory to all group bookings of 10 people or more. Dietary requirements can be accommodated if arranged in advance.
CAKES: Where the hirer prefers to provide their own cake, there will be a $5.00 cakeage fee per person.
DECORATIONS: Functions in Drift, unless exclusively hired, are not permitted to bring in any form of external decorations in order to maintain the look and
feel of the cocktail bar.
BYO: As Ravesi’s is fully licensed, all catering and beverages will be supplied by Ravesi’s only.
SMOKING: Smoking is only permitted on the terrace; not inside the establishment.
