Bridge is the only remaining structure that made a connection
between bridge and house.
Hangzhou :
• West Lake~ is a freshwater lake in Hangzhou, the capital of
Zhejiang province in eastern China. It is divided into five sections by
three causeways. There are numerous temples, pagodas, gardens,
and artificial islands within the lake.
Suzhou :
• Hanshan Temple ~ Being one of the most famous temples in
Chinese history, Hanshan Temple often boasts about its bell rings.
However, the best known bell described in Zhang Ji's poem
disappeared a long time ago. The bell in the tower now, was
modeled on the previous one in 1904. Every year on New Year's
Eve in China's lunar calendar, the bell is tolled to pray for the
happiness and safety of the coming New Year. This festival attracts
thousands of tourists both at home and abroad.

• Nanjing Massacre Memorial Museum~ The Memorial Hall to the
Victims in the Nanjing Massacre was built by local Municipal
Government in 1985. Solemn and imposing, the grey marble
architecture consists of three parts: the outdoor exhibits, the
remaining bones of the victims and the exhibition hall for historical
documents.
Wuxi :
• Lingshan Giant Buddha & Brahma Palace~ It is one of the
largest Buddha statues in China and also in the world. At more than
88 metres high, the Grand Buddha at Ling Shan is a bronze
Sakyamuni standing Buddha outdoor, weighing over 700 tons. It

立的遗址型专门史博物馆。馆址位于南京城西南江东门，是当年日军大
屠杀的一处主要地点和遇难者丛葬地。纪念馆于 1985 年落成开放，经过
1995 年、2005 年两次扩建，现占地约 7.4 万平方米、建筑面积 2.5 万平
方米、展陈面积 9800 平方米，包括展览集会、遗址悼念、和平公园和馆
藏交流等 4 个区域，其中展览陈列包括廣場陈列、遗骨陈列和史料陈列
三部份。该馆收集了 10000 多份历史资料和文物，是国家一级博物馆、
全国爱国主义教育基地。
