Rental Requirements
First time shooters must fill out initial paperwork.
The only ID you will need is a valid driver license.
You do not need to be a resident of NJ to rent.
To rent a rifle or shotgun you must be at least 18 years old.
To rent a pistol you must be at least 21 years old.
Please wear comfortable clothing. No open toed shoes or sandals.
Note: All male renters without a valid firearms ID card who are not accompanied by
someone will NOT be allowed to rent Firearm’s.
Renting and New to Shooting?
You must to take our “On Target” one-on-one course! It is 15 minutes packed with all the
information and techniques you will need to confidently walk into Gun For Hire, shoot some
lead down range and hit the target.
The one-on-one On Target course is just $25 per port. Limit three people per port.
