LEELOO BANDAGE COSTUME
Hello! I need the following measurements in order to complete your costume. Please factor in
the time it takes me to make this garment, about a week, plus shipping time via USPS Priority in
the US or First Class International. If you need expedited shipping, please let me know
A.S.A.P.! The better your measurements, the better the fit, but keep in mind you may need to
have minor adjustments made by a tailor or seamstress, if any measurements are off. This also
should be factored into the time you need to have the garment. You may use inches or
centimeters – just let me know which one you choose! Refer to the drawing to help you
measure the right area, and don’t hesitate to ask any questions! Email the measurements to:

Height
Bra Size
Bust Circumference – (Measure this at the widest part of your bust with your bra ON,
and pull the tape measure snugly against you, but not too tight. This measurement will
help me figure out how tight the bra band should be, so keep in mind that you want it to
be supportive but not constricting!)
Underwear Size
Neck Circumference
Neck to Bust Measurement (Front and back.)
Width of Bandages (Best to decide the width at the bust, which sets the width for the
rest of the costume – most people choose 4” (10.16cm) – if you’re busty, any smaller
and you risk a wardrobe malfunction.)
Neck to Waist (Front and back.)
Waist Circumference (Take at 1" above belly button.)
Neck to High Hip (Front and back.)
High Hip Circumference (Top of hip bone.)
High Hip to Low Hip
Low Hip Circumference (Widest part of hips.)
High Hip to Mid Thigh
High Hip to just Above Knee (Measure at outer thigh.)
Mid Thigh Circumference
Thigh Circumference above Knee
