can not easily find rods in this
quality worldwide – the special
blank producing technology
comes from Japan and can be
applied by only a few producers
in Japan. The used SVF Compilex- carbon fibre material is
only available in the Japanese
market and is very difficulty and
time intensively to work with.
These rods have the highest ratio of carbon fibre that is
technologically possible – so
you can construct extremely
fast and very light rods that only have one aim: to make the
contact between the bait, fish
and you to a real adventure.
The Morethan series is made for the use of the more and
more becoming popular small
plugs and small soft plastic lure
and sea trout lures. Especially
the 3.10m Distance Master rod
will amaze you when fishing on
sea trout, as it’s weight is only
160g! With the shorter models
you can fish on sea trout, zander, aspe and trout and you
soon will come to the conclusion, that the casting distance
and action and feeling is much
better that with other rods. The
guides are double wrapped and
double lacquered to eliminate
critical points at these weaknesses even after long use.
All rods are equipped with FUJI
SiC single legged guides and
have an extreme fast tip action.
Each rod is tested on a perfect

MORETHAN ShadShaker
Due to the great success by the Japanese MORETHAN series we
have now developed two versions that are specially adapted to the
European market. By the use of super lightweight high modulus
SVF-Compilex graphite, we are able to produce ultra lightweight
spinning rods with good back bone and very fast tip action. The
starter guide is a double leg titanium frame FUJI Sic guides; the
following guides are single leg to improve the action. Both rods are
fully made in our Daiwa Tokyo factory in Japan.

Predator fishing rods
TOURNAMENT SPINNING
TOURNAMENT – this name is a synonym for best possible quality processing and best components available in the market. The
rod blanks are produced in the very complex Micro Pitch Taping
process with 46t carbon fibre, that only a few producers of blanks
can do. In this process the carbon fibre pregs are wrapped under
very high pressure around the core and are not sanded. Through
this process high module carbon fibre material, that is very rough
by nature, can be manufactured to achieve though the extremely
light rod weight and thin blank diameters a very high resilience.
The action of the TOURAMENT rods is optimized for each fishing type.
All guides of TOUNAMENT spinning rods are original FUJI SiC guides.
The rod handle is made of AAA cork, that otherwise only is used
at fly fishing rods.
The TOURNAMENT jigger rods (11709-275, 11709-276, 11709277) have an extreme rod tip action and are created for fishing
with small plugs, spinners, small twisters and small soft plastic
lures. The blanks are extremely thin and the rods lie very light in
the hand.

The TOURNAMENT spinning models (11709-270, 11709-271,
11709-285, 11709-300) are designed for fishing with soft plastic
lures. The action especially of the 40-80g and of the 50-125g
rod is very hard and stiff – optimal to lead big soft plastic lures
on distance and to detect even the finest bites. The TOURNAMENT
rod 11709-285 is perfect for pilk fishing as well as for fishing
with big plugs – can also be fished on taimen.
The models of this series are additionally equipped with the Weight
Balancer system inside the handle – so you can adjust the rod perfectly to the reel and make the balance perfect.
The model 11709-310 is especially designed for sea trout fishing –
the action is slightly parabolic and achieves with even light spoons
enormously long casting distances.

Team Daiwa Specialist
Team Daiwa SPECIALIST – this new rod series full fills the
highest demands and expectations – every single rod was optimized for each special fishing type. The whole SPECIALST
series is made of 40t or 46t carbon fibre and has the Daiwa
patented V-JOINT spigot. This special spigot made the action
of the rod better and achieves a very even bending curve of the
spigot connection. The blanks of these rods are thin and have
a very high wall thickness to cope with the highest stress.
The special flip-flop lacquer makes the colour of the rod change in
light. The special Daiwa Click Sound reel seat let you detect even
the finest bites.
TD Specialist Spinning Rods – spinning rods with classic tip
action to fish with plugs, spoons and soft plastic lures. The action
of these rods is not as stiff as of the Team Daiwa Specialist
Softbait rods, to be able to lead plugs and spoons sensitively.
Featured with original FUJI ALCONITE guides (double leg).
TD Specialist Softbait – these rods are specially made for fishing
with soft plastic lure and Drchkovic-system. The action of the Softbait
rods is very stiff. When leading the soft plastic lures on the ground
you feel every touch and can react immediately react on a bite. The
40-80g model is ideal for fishing with soft plastic lures of a size of 1018cm and for the Drachkovic-system. The 50-120g model is made
for large soft plastic lures of a size of 15-30cm and for lead heads.

Original Alconite Guides
A material mix of 46t carbon fibre and 40t carbon fibre creates
lightness, stiffness and elasticity where it is needed. A special,
very difficulty Micro Pitch process, that only a few producers of
blanks can do makes the carbon material is wrapped under
high pressure around the mandrel – this ensures extreme
resistance, though the blank diameter is very small. The blank
of the TOURNAMENT F-1 feeder is slim, but is very light
and balanced in the hand. By the TOURNAMENT reel seat
you can adjust reel and rod to the right point of balance.
The large rod guides are original FUJI ALCONITE. The 3 spare tips
are made of carbon fibre and feature large guides.
The TOURNAMENT-F1 is delivered in a special transport holdall
with zipper in which you can transport the rod with mounted reel
safely.

The TD Power BOLO is made for casting weights of 30g and
ideal for fishing on bream, barbel, and other coarse fish in medium
strong currents.
The TD BOLO X Power is a bit harder and perfect for fishing
in stronger currents or when big fish like carps and barbels are
expected. The casting weight of the TD BOLO X Power goes up
to 50g.
EXCELER Lake Trout
These rods were developed by our specialists in Italy. The have
a slim, very lightweight blank that gets very powerful during the
casting procedure and that throws the lures to long distance. The
guides are close to the blank to ensure the best power transmission to the blank. The rod tip is sensitive to recognise the lightest
bites. The strong back bone supports fighting the largest fish.

TEAM DAIWA IVORY
Slim blank diameter, light weight and huge power – that were the
wishes our seafishing team had concerning the new series of pilk
rods of DAIWA.
These rods are used for fishing for codfish and Pollack in Norway.
In practical tests they proved their perfection - our seafishing team
caught many pollacks and codfish of 12-15kg with the Ivory Light-Pilk
rods. . The carbon fibre blank is made of a combination of 40t qnd 36t
carbon fibre material, that makes the blank diameter that slim and
the rod that well balanced but also has enormous power reserves.
The Light-Pilk rods are featured with original FUJI ALCONITE
