enables you to assemble your document as you punch, making
it easier to load paper onto the binding comb than previous
systems! The DocuBind P200 advanced punching technology
also makes it easier to punch more paper at once while pro-

1 Lift the Wire PaperSupport(0) into place.optional.
2. Align sheetsor coversand insertedgeto be bound into
punchthroat (01).
3. Jog the sheetsuntil they are flush againstthe edgeguide
andthe bottom of the punchthroat. Allow the paperto
rest againstthe Wire PaperSupport.or, you may
preferto hold the sheetsin placewith one hand.
4. To punch.pull the PunchHandle(A) towardyou. Pull all
the way down to punchcompletelythroughthe paper.
Punchesup to 25 sheetsof 20 Ib./80gram paperat once.
Punchonly TWOclearcoversat a time to preventjams
and excessivewear.

Comb(E)with openportion of elementfacingyou (see
figure 3).
2. Rotatethe Bind Leverup (E1)towardyou until the Comb

spot of the handlewith the flat of the shaft.

1. Set EdgeGuide(8) to papersizeyou wish to bind (11",
8-1/2" lettersize,11-1/4" oversizedcover,A4 ring, A5,
JapanA4) (seefigure 1). Whenusingoversizedcovers,set
the EdgeGuideon Covers,punchall of the coversfor your
job and set aside.Movethe EdgeGuidebackto the 11"
settingto punchyour contentsthen bind.

1. Slidethe BinderSizeropen (C) (seefigure 1).
2 PlacedocumentincludingcoversbehindBinderSizer.
3. Releasethe BinderSizerand selectthe comb binding
elementthat correspondswith the sizeshownby guide.
Onlycombsizesup to 1" (25 mm) are shown.Your
DocuBindcan bind documentsup to 425 sheets,or 2"
(50 mm) comb size.For best results,alwaysuse GBC
brandcoverswith GBCcolor-coordinatedbindingcombs.
5. Removebook by lifting upward.Your presentationis
now complete!
6. Onceyou becomefamiliar with your DocuBindP200,
you will find that you can bind as you punch,increasing
your productivity.

1. EmptyChipDrawer(F) after repeateduse.Pull drawer
gentlytowardyou to open.Whenputting backin, the
drawerwill snap into place(seefigure 6).
