What is the boat of the future? It will run offshore with ease. It will have a shallow draft to
fish the back bays. It will get great fuel mileage, measured as miles per gallon not gallons
per mile. The future is now.
The new Sundance NX Series boats are here today. The NX boats have a 30 degree
entry to cut through heavy chop for serious off shore duty. The hull transitions to a long
planing pad and 7 degree transom with a notched pocket tunnel for incredible fuel efficiency. And they all draft 9 inches or less.

The boats are available in many eye catching colors and you can even order your boat
with custom colors. Rigid rub rails with stainless steel insert is standard. We have loaded
the boats with features like hydraulic steering on the 21 foot and larger boats. All have
stainless steel flush pull-up cleats, 10-micron fuel filters and waterproof circuit breakers.
The entire boat is foam insulated for sound and temperature control.
A closer inspection reveals more attention to the details such as windshield and console
handrails are rigged with quick attachments so they can be removed or lowered, allowing
boat and trailer to clear a standard garage door. In the cockpit, the gunwale-mounted rod
holders are equipped with drainage tubes to prevent water from ending up in the bilge. All
the boats have multiple options for bait wells, fish ice boxes or live release wells.
And all our boats are backed by a comprehensive 10 Year Transferable Limited Warranty.

Want the most versatile bay boats on the market? The Sundance SV Series center console boats are for you. These boats are adaptable to both fresh water and saltwater and can
be used inshore or offshore. The aggressive 17 to 19 degree dead rise hulls have 2 lifting
strakes and a wide reverse chine. They strike a good balance between rough water performance and shallow draft.
The AKS Hull has a small air step on the keel directly below the console. With a very long
planing pad behind the AKS you get under 3 second hole shots with very little bow lift. The
long planing pad gets the boat on top of the water for a shallower running draft.

There is no wood in our boats. We build with proven all composite materials including urethane core transoms, molded fiberglass stringers and cored decks. Our hatches are resin
infused for precision lay up. The whole boat is foam insulated for sound and temperature
control and makes her virtually unsinkable. We back our boats with a 10 Year Transferable
Limited Warranty.

Sundance has been refining the skiff concept for over 16 years and
we simply could not fathom why Light Tackle Flats and Technical
Poling skiffs were so expensive. So we decided to build our own.
We proudly offer you our newest line of boats - the FX Series Flats
Boats.
Optional Back Rest to replace Pole Platform
These are true technical poling skiffs with a 10 degree dead rise at
the transom. We eliminated the hull strakes and did a very mild reverse chine to minimize hull slap noise while still maintaining a certain crispness to the steering feel.
Like our other skiff series, the FX Boats are built with our proven IBeam construction system. This solid glass and foam system creates an incredible strong hull and a also makes a very quiet hull
when scooting across the grass flats.
Rear Deck Bait and Release Wells
The FX series has a molded inner liner, and multiple insulated bait
and release wells. The poling platform, flush mount cleats and push
pole holders are standard equipment and every boat is factory rigged
with a Yamaha outboard and Yamaha PowerMatched components
and propellers.
And all our boats are backed by a comprehensive 10 Year Transferable Limited Warranty to protect your investments for years to
come.

We started Sundance in 1993 with the desire to build the best shallow draft fishing skiffs
available and to do it for a reasonable price.
Skiff Boats
To accomplish this we needed light weight hulls to maximize the power to weight ratio so we could use lower horsepower engines.
Smaller engines weigh less, cost less, use less fuel and require smaller fuel tanks. And we needed extraordinary planing efficiency to
get the desired performance from these engines.
How do you make a hull both lighter and stronger? You add more stringers. Stringers are like floor joist,
the closer the spacing the stiffer the floor. A typical power boat has four stringers running fore and aft. Adding more conventional stringers
would make it stronger. But it would also make the boat much heavier and more expensive.
Sundance engineers developed the I-Beam Stringer using foam preforms to build the
stringer system during hull lay up. The advantages are a fore and aft stringer every six
inches. And the stringers, hull and floor are laid up at the same time and cure together
for a perfect primary bond. This balanced sandwich construction makes an incredible
strong stiff hull using less material and less labor. Sundance I-Beam hulls are stiffer,
stronger and lighter, with more rigidity per pound than traditional lay up methods.
We build with woven and stranded fiberglass and high
density urethane foam for an all composite "No Wood"
construction.
Along with strength we wanted uncompromising safety. Our
boats are virtually unsinkable. The half boat picture is the aft
section of an F19 hull. The five men have a combined weight of 1,125 lbs. The boat is sitting level in the water
and you can clearly see most of the six-inch thick foam preforms. The boat is drafting three inches. That's
unsinkable safety!
We spent years addressing ride and spray concerns. Our new "Posi-Grip, No-Trip" hull design has minimized these problems. By moving the outer chine inward, the boat will lean into a turn. No other flat bottom
does this. And with multiple turning rails on the bottom, our boat will turn smoothly and with little side slip at
any reasonable speed. Our new SRV bow sends spray laterally and away from the boat and the "No-Trip"
chine lets spray fully exhaust to the side, not forward. Other skiffs trap spray between the chine and when
the boat slaps, it sneezes the spray forward. No other skiff runs as dry or turns as well as a Sundance.
