Welcome to our first edition in the Psychology Newsletter! Times are really busy in the Accounting office as we
continue to prepare and publish our monthly reports to Faculty. Please remember that one week out of each
month the Accounting office (room 207) will be closed for 4 hours every morning to ensure that we meet our
reporting deadline each month. If you need assistance during those closed hours, please see Betty in room 205.

the forms link is in the Accounting section.) You may find them here.
TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS: Please remember that travel reimbursements should be processed
immediately upon the return of the traveler.
Did you know that if you drive out of state that you should check for a State vehicle through Carolina Motor
Pool first? If a State vehicle is available you should use it. If you do not, you will only receive $.30 per mile
instead of $.565 per mile. When turning in your travel reimbursement form, please indicate if you checked
with Carolina Motor Pool. You can access their website by clicking here.
