. CESAE is a private institution, based in Porto with several branches all over the country. The
Universities of Porto, Aveiro, Instituto Politécnico do Porto and other commercial and industrial
associations are among its associates.

EXPONOR - Porto International Fair whose experience in organizing events dates back to 1856, has
branch offices around the world and organizes over 50 fairs every year for different sectors of activities in
Europe, Africa and South America.
It was the first Portuguese trade fair organizer certified by the ISO 9001 and is still one of the few, on an
international level, which can boast this recognition. It is member of the Board of UFI - The Global
Association of the Exhibition Industry and, at present, 17 of its fairs are considered «UFI Approved
Events»
EXPONOR manages the organization of fairs which take place on a total of 100,000 m2 of covered
exhibition area, of which 60 000 m2 at EXPONOR and 40 000 m2 at EUROPARQUE, both in the outskirts
of Oporto city.
In Brazil, we created in 1999 Exponor Brasil, responsible for the most important Wine Fair of South
America: Expovinis Brasil.

AEP Foundation was set up in November 2009 by 52 Founders, mainly composed
by Companies, Banks and Higher Education Institutions. The Foundation aims at
promoting entrepreneurship and spreading knowledge in the field of business
sciences.

AEP Foundation is committed to promote not only Meetings, Congresses and
Seminars, but also studies towards the accomplishment of the above-mentioned
objectives.

Its initial Social Fund represents approximately 3 Million Euros.
