Terms: Credit card or C.O.D. – certified check for new accounts.
Net 30 days upon approval of references after one year of business with us.
Delinquent account balances are subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on any part of the outstanding balance.
C.O.D.s/credit cards : Upon completion of the packing of a COD order, the customer will receive a phone call notifying them that the order
is ready for shipment , and indicating the COD amount.
Shipping: All orders are shipped FEDX ground from our warehouse in Silver Spring, MD, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Return Policy: All claims must be made, in writing, within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. In the case of damaged or incorrect merchandise,
returns will be permitted only after having obtained a return authorization number (RA) from Belabumbum.
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee (unless damaged or mis-shipped).
Deliveries: In the case that a shipment is returned either because COD payment is not ready, or because the customer is not available (not in
store, change of address), customer will be charged for the return shipping cost and will be responsible for any subsequent reshipping.
