Detailed Trading Terms and Conditions are covered by
a separate Trading Agreement.

Pricing
The prices quoted in this price list may be amended
from time to time. Prices charged for goods will be
according to a current quotation. Parkland will
endeavour to notify buyers of price changes, but there
is no liability in this regard.
Prices exclude insurances, packaging, delivery and
GST.

Delivery and Packaging
Unless otherwise agreed, goods sold to the buyer will
be supplied ex Parkland’s Auckland warehouse.
Goods, (other than those back ordered) will be
dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of an order.

Freight
Unless specified, goods will be dispatched via a
standard parcel service. Overnight courier service is
available on request at the buyers’ expense.
All orders will be subject to a freight, packaging
and handling charge.

Orders and Performance
The company may accept or refuse any order for
goods at its absolute discretion.
The company will use its best endeavours to fulfil
accepted orders and comply with any requested date
for delivery, but time will not be of the essence in this
regard. Parkland, at its absolute discretion, may
extend the date for delivery or cancel the order without
liability.
Changes in specification and performance date for any
item may be made by Parkland without notice and
without incurring liability to the buyer.

Minimum Orders
The minimum order the company will accept is $125
(net of discounts, if any, and before good & services
tax). The company reserves the right to refuse smaller
orders, or alternatively to apply a surcharge of $20.

Warranty Procedures
Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in
material and workmanship. Our obligation under this
guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the
product, at our option. Warranty period may vary
between 1and 5 years depending on the product
purchased. Product returned for warranty must clearly
state the name of the purchaser, the date it was
purchased, or installed, and the nature of the fault.

Returned Goods
Only normal stocking items will be accepted for return.
Items can only be accepted when returned within 15
days from the date on the packing slip. Goods must
be in re-saleable condition, i.e. clean, complete and
un-used.
Any goods returned for credit must be accompanied by
a copy of the original invoice. Failure to include this
information may result in processing delays.
Unless goods are returned as a consequence of error
by Parkland Products, a 10% Return Goods Charge
will be applied.
