This service is not covered by any manufacturer’s warranty. While we would like to be able to go to all of our customer’s sites for free, it would
be impossible for our company to do that. Factory warranty covers that cost. The fee for this service is $25.00 plus $1.00 per mile one way.
(mileage determined by Mapquest) If we are unable to fix the problem and parts need to be ordered the second service call fee will be waived
and only the $1.00 per mile charge will apply. In order for on-site service consideration, you must either have an extended warranty or pay for
the on-site service fee with a credit card before we initiate service. We think these fees are reasonable and worth the investment for on-site
service. Without an extended warranty and/or paying for the service you must bring your vehicle to our service location. We handle repairs
on all types of RV’s including Class A, B, C, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and folddowns.
