When required by our clients, we perform: - the creation of the concept of the development project and the preliminary development plan; environmental impact assessments; the creation and comparison of professional programmes, conceptual plans and technical solution variants; technical surveys used to back the permission plans; preparing cost estimates, networks and schedules; creating economy and return calculations, variants and their optimisation; closing construction and public utility contracts; Plan revisions; handling permission procedures Through our extensive, reliable and professional designer background we are ready to create concept plans, permission plans, tender plans and implementation plan documents required for the execution of the construction projects of our clients.
