Accommodations
This 105' Pilothouse Motoryacht was designed by Ed Monk Jr. / Pokela Designs and constructed
by Nordlund Boat Company. There's a crew stateroom forward, followed next by two crew
heads and an additional crews stateroom starboard with the crews mess to port. Next is a
laundry room below, with twin guest staterooms aft each with two single berths and ensuite
heads. Next up steps is the wheel house, with doors to the weather decks. Next down steps is
the galley starboard, and dining area port next aft is the saloon with sofa and two chairs,
entertainment center, and wet bar. Forward port down steps is the master stateroom with king
size island berth, settee, entertainment center, and two hanging lockers. The ensuite head is
aft with a stall shower and water closet. Aft of the saloon is the California deck, with cockpit
down steps aft of that. There are decks port and starboard leading forward, with the flybridge
and boat deck above the saloon and galley, access from the wheel house or CA deck.

Remarks
Chiron was built by one of the premier builder in the northwest. She is a raised pilot house,
flybridge, and has a fish spotting bocket/tower above. Her execeptional interior will sleep two
owners, six guests, and two crew. She is designed to fish and cruise long range destinations
in style and comfort.
Currently, the vessel is cruising the Bahamas and is scheduled to do the east coast of the U.S.
in the fall of 2011. The seller has had a change of plans and at this price, the owner is selling
50% ownership.
