Open evenings and weekends. 4. Apple Education Barn Snacks - Get yourself an Apple or Cherry Cider Slushie, a caramel apple, or snack for the hayrack ride. Watch an antique apple parer as it peels a fresh apple for you. 5. Pirates’ Cove Grub & Grog - Aye maties! Satisfy your hunger and thirst with a variety of pirate favorites. Hot dogs, chicken tenders, hamburgers, French fries, and more. Open 11 am to 9 pm most days of the season. 6. Spice It Up - Experience the Supreme Nacho, a meal in itself or a great item to share with the family. Open weekends. 7. Big Barn Bakery - Smell the Kettel Corn and see the handmade caramel apple making. Take home your favorite pumpkin patch treats, baked fresh daily. Open 9 am to close daily. 8. Kirsten’s Gourmet Coffee Shop - Freshly brewed gourmet coffee will help you keep up with the kids. Open each morning and evening. Coffee is also available in the Country Bakery all day long. 9. Kyla’s Ice Cream Shop and Caramel Apple Barn - Located in the Dairy Barn and named for Kyla Vala, the ice cream is made from our own special recipes. Create-your-own-treat, including a handmade caramel apple. Open evenings and weekends. 10. Cookie Coop - The best tasting chocolate chip cookies you’ve ever eaten are made fresh here. Watch the pig races from the porch while you nibble on them. Open daily, 11 am to 9 pm. 11. Legs & Cakes Smokehouse - Bite into our giant smoked turkey legs. For a sweet treat, try a freshly made funnel cake. Open daily at 11 am to 9 pm. 12. Grandpa’s Kettle Corn - Watch as the popcorn flies from the kettle! You’ll want extra bags of this famous sweet & salty popcorn with Farmer Tim’s “secret ingredient” to give it that special taste. Open daily. 13. Harvest Barn Donuts - We’re serving up warm, made-from-scratch apple cider donuts. 14. Lolo’s Fudgery & Popcorn Shop - You can’t resist the homemade fudge made fresh at Vala’s. We also make our own cheese popcorn. Open daily 11 am to 9 pm. 15. Kelsey’s Sweet Shoppe - Named for Kelsey Vala and her sweet tooth, you’ll find all kinds of old-fashioned candies, including hand-dipped caramel apples. Open daily until 9 pm. 16. Sundown Marshmallow Roast - Come roast marshmallows over a warm, crackling campfire. Remember how to make a S’more? Our campfire opens daily at dusk and everyone is welcome. 17. Potato Patch Cookery - Oh, Succotash! Try a mouth-watering meal, or a mountain of fried potato chips. Open weekends and some weekday evenings. 18. Vala’s Chuck Wagon Soda - Grab your Vala’s Souvenir tin cup and have it filled with some old-fashioned flavors like Root Beer and Sasparilla. 19. Pork Chop Annie’s - A miner’s favorite, with freshly grilled meats and side dishes, including pork chops on a stick. Something for everyone. Open week nights, 5 pm to 8 pm and weekends, 11 am to 8 pm. 20. Country Bakery - Choose from chili in a bread bowl, wraps, pizza, and hotdogs to a variety of sweets like decorated cupcakes and desserts. Indoor seating. Open daily 9 am to 9 pm. 21. Apple Sling Shot & Water Blasters - Blast water from a cannon into a target and try your hand at shooting small apples at a target. 2. Black Light Paintball Shootout - Take aim at ghoulish zombie characters and targets with paintball guns and blacklight paintballs. 3. Face Painting - Open Saturdays and Sundays. 4. Old-Fashioned Photo Barn Picture-Taking - Have your individual or family picture taken and developed as you wait. Dress up as a farmer or hillbilly. Open evenings and weekends. 5. Gemstone Mining - We have everything you need to pan for gems and precious stones in the water driven sluice. 6. Candle Making - Head down to Calamity Jan’s to dip your own candles just like the Pioneers once did. Weekends only. 7. Pony Rides - Visit our ponies. Ages 12 and under only. 8. The Pumpkin Creek Train Ride - Cross Pumpkin Creek Bridge and climb aboard the replica 1860’s Jupiter train for a 3/4 mile ride. See a comic old-fashioned western town along the way. $3.00 per person. 1. Big Barn Shop - Get all your pumpkin carving supplies, decorations, Vala’s Pumpkin Patch souvenirs, and take home treats. 2. Eerie Emporium - Masks, swords, hats, make-up, and Halloween toys make this the favorite shop for children. Open evenings and weekends. 3. Gourd Walk -- Choose from a variety of gourds, squashes and pumpkins. 4. Harvest Barn - Shop for toys, candy, campfire supplies, drinks, and other fall merchandise. 5. Glow Shack - Opens at dusk for your favorite glow merchandise. 6. Calamity Jan’s Mining Supply - Get your gem mining supplies, western gear, and novelties here. 7. Glow Toy Shack - Opens at dusk for glow necklaces, light sticks and toys. 8. Spencer’s Dugout - Shop for sports-related toys, snacks and drinks. 1. Pumpkin Eating Dragon Show - The 15-minute show begins on the half-hour starting at 10:30am each day. 2. Howl at the Moon Stage - Various music, magic and stage shows arranged for your entertainment. 3. Character Appearances - Meet Sylvia, the Friendly Witch, Farmer Jack, Zeke the Dragon, Snow White, and the Dancing Scarecrows. Weekends only. 4. Pigtucky Derby Pig Races - Daily races are on the hour starting at 11am. 5. Flying Stunt Dogs - A special show featuring Border Collies on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays on the Town Hall Stage. 6. Town Hall Stage - See a variety of scheduled stage shows. 7.
