Eligibility
1. Available to active members of the military with at least six months continuous service
or personnel honorably discharged since 9/11/2001 or their surviving spouses.
2. All branches of the military qualify.
3. Must have proof of service or of honorable discharge.
4. The home must be deeded to the person with military service or their surviving spouse
or immediate family, and it must be used for their personal residence.
How does the program work?
• Visit a participating independent All American Homes, Ameri-Log Homes or
Mud-U-Kraf Homes builder.
• The builder will provide you with the forms you need to qualify for the rebate.
• You may also download the forms at www.allamericanhomes.com/welcomehome.htm
• After closing and once your service is confirmed you will receive a refund of $5,000 on the
purchase of your new home.
•This program expires 12/31/07. Purchases made in 2007 must be closed by 3/31/08.
