NOMINEES
Sammy Creece
Sammy has been employed with COLFIRE since 2005 and
has successfully worked his way up the Corporate ladder. He
presently holds the position of Assistant Manager, Claims.
Sammy is the holder of a Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII
Claims) and is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science
Management Studies which will be completed this year.
He has been a member of the Credit Union for the past 10
years and is desirous of offering his services on the Board
of Directors.
Henry Hamlett
Henry currently holds the position of Senior Manager,
Employee Benefits – Group Health & Life at CLICO. Henry
is a proud holder of FLMI, ACS, AIAA and AIRC LOMA
designations. In 2014, he undertook an MBA program in
Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation with Anglia
Ruskin University and is due to complete this program this
year. Henry currently serves as the Vice President of the
LOMA Society of T&T.
His service to CLICO Credit Union is commendable having
served on the Board of Directors for 9 years during the
period 1991–2000. He again served for the past 3 years on
the Board of Directors as well as Chairman of the Governance
Committee and Member in the IT Committee.
Henry is once again offering himself to serve on the Board.

Darin Hunte
Darin currently holds the post of President of CLICO Credit
Union Co-operative Society Ltd and Network Specialist
at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. As
President he has successfully guided the credit union over
the last five years ensuring its continued growth, stability,
and profitability. Under his stewardship Total Assests have
grown from $178 million dollars to $278 million dollars, a
$100 million dollar increase over five years, while Dividends
have remained at a level of 6% or greater. He is a leader in
driving technological change across organizations with over
30 years’ experience managing and implementing successful
IT business solutions in the financial and government sectors.
Darin has served on the Board of Directors of CCU for the
past 22 years. During this time he has been instrumental
in developing the Information Technology infrastructure of
CCU. Having served as Chairman of the IT committee since
its inception, he has led CCU’s IT system migration over the
years, including: moving from a system based on dumb
terminals to a PC based one, managing CCU’s Y2K readiness,
managing the networking of CCU’s Office, development and
launch of CCU’s web presence, development and launch of
the e-branch online service and upgrade of CCU’s telephone
system and is currently overseeing a change of CCU’s core IT
system. Darin also serves on the Executive Committee, Risk
Management Committee, IT Committee and Governance
Committee.
He is once again offering himself to serve on the Board of
Directors.

Giselle La Ronde-West
Giselle currently holds the post of Senior Manager of Public
Affairs and Communications at Angostura. Prior to this she
held the positions of PR Manager and Corporate Sales Manager
at Hilton Trinidad and several Hiltons in the U.K. She holds
an Upper Second double Hons. Degree in Communications
Studies and Sociology. She has extensive training in Marketing,
Customer Service, Negotiations, Imaging, Corporate Social
Responsibility, Events Management and Public Relations.
She also taught Corporate Events Management at the former
Institute of Business in Trinidad and also with the successful
training company, Camilleon. She served as chairman of The
American Chamber’s communications committee and is the
President and founding member of the Trinidad chapter of
the international body – International Association of Business
Communicators (IABC) and a member of the Trinidad Chamber
CSR committee.
Giselle has served on the Board of Directors for the past
12 years and is once again offering herself to serve on the
Board.
Caroline Lewis
Caroline is the holder of an MBA (for Executives) from the
University of the West Indies and is also a Master Fellow of
the Life Office Management Institute (FLMI/M). She is also
one of the founding members of a well-established Loss
Adjusting firm in San Fernando. Caroline brings more than
10 years’ experience at senior management/executive level
and has extensive knowledge and experience in Pension Fund
Administration, Management of Back Office Operations,
Compliance, Customer Relations Management and Process
Re-engineering.
She has been an Alternate Director on the Board of Directors
for the past 2 years and is once again offering herself to
serve on the Board.

Supervisory Committee
NOMINEES
Claire L. Alexander
Claire L. Alexander has worked at CLICO for the last decade.
She has functioned in many varied positions and departments
within CLICO in that time and is currently an Underwriter in
the Employee Benefits Department. Claire is a Fellow of the
Life Management (FLMI) and Financial Service Institutes
(FFSI). She is currently pursuing fellowship in the Secure
Retirement Institute. Claire’s objective is to serve CLICO
Credit Union and its membership now and in the future.
She has served on the Supervisory Committee for the past 2
years and is again offering herself for service.
Ako Okera Bridgeman
Ako has served in the Trinidad & Tobago Defence Force for
over 12 years gaining experience through various military
operations as well as administrative, analytical and
managerial functions. He is the holder of a Bachelor Degree in
Business Administration-Human Resource Management. He
is presently the Intelligence Desk Manager at the Regimental
Headquarters.
Ako has been a member of the Credit Union for the past
11 years and is desirous of serving on the Supervisory
Committee.

Andrew Case
Andrew Case is no stranger to the Credit Union Industry. A past
employee of both Eastern Credit Union and our very own CLICO
Credit Union, Andrew is now a First Officer with the Trinidad and
Tobago Air Guard. He has been employed with the TTAG since 2009.
Apart from his Aviation qualifications, Andrew has also completed
programmes in Computer Studies and Auditing. He is presently
pursuing a Master Degree in Business Administration. Andrew is
an outgoing member of the Supervisory Committee, having served
the past year.
He is once again offering himself to serve on this Committee.
Jiselle Renaud-De Silva
Jiselle is an Auditor by profession employed at Ernst and
Young. She is a member of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (ACCA). Jiselle served on the Supervisory
Committee for the past year and prior to that she served on the
Credit Committee for 2 years. She offers invaluable insight with
her professional background in Auditing.
She has been a Member of the CLICO Credit Union since 2005
and has never regretted the decision.
Jesenia Glasgow-Burnett
Jesenia is a results-driven Business Development Officer and
Underwriter with over 10 years’ experience in the Financial Sector.
Having spent over 8 years in the Insurance Industry, Jesenia currently
holds the position of Business Development Officer at Massy
United Insurance Limited. She is responsible for the establishment,
maintenance and management of their sales-force. Jesenia also has
extensive experience with standardizing and streamlining financial
reporting processes. Jesenia holds a B. Sc. in Economics and a
Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
A member of CLICO Credit Union for the past 7 years Jesenia stands
ready and willing to serve her Credit Union.

NOMINEES
Nadine Carrington
Nadine Carrington has over 20 years experience working through
the ranks to have a holistic appreciation of the financial industry.
She is presently attached to the Billings and Collections Department
at CLICO. Nadine spends her free time by volunteering her services
as evidenced by her time served on the Credit Committee of the
CLICO Credit Union for the past 3 years as well as her work in
education as an Adult Literacy Tutor. Nadine is an outgoing member
of the Credit Committee, having served for the last 3 years.
She is once again offering herself for service on this Committee.
Makini Cuffie
Makini’s passion is in accounting and she is currently employed
at COLFIRE in this field. Prior to working at COLFIRE she held
accounting positions at Consolidated Insurance Consultants Limited
and Price Waterhouse Coopers. A past student of St. George’s
College, Makini continues to pursue academia. She is currently
pursuing the Professional Level of ACCA accreditation which she
aims to complete in 2017.
A member of the Credit Union for the past 3 years, Makini is
desirous of serving on the Credit Committee.

Timothy Maloney
Timothy Maloney brings over 20 years military expertise from the
Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force. His exposure in the TTDF has
provided him with a good work ethic and the ability to think and act
in a logical and methodical manner. He is the holder of an Associate
Degree in Leadership and Management and is currently pursing
an MBA in Human Resources Management. Timothy continually
seeks to improve his professional development and is able to face
every challenge with an analytical approach. He is presently the
Pay Warrant Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force. On
the job he is often called to play the role of Financial Advisor to
his team and co-workers. Timothy is an outgoing member of the
Credit Committee, having served the past year.
He is once again offering himself to serve on this Committee.
Michael Patron
Michael has served in the capacity of Credit Committee Member
for the periods, 2013/2014 and 2015/2016 and has been a member
of the CLICO Credit Union since 1999. Michael served for two
consecutive terms on the CLICO Sports Club Executive Committee,
which initiated the Travel Club that afforded members the
opportunity to vacation at some of the region’s exotic locations.
He also exhibited his leadership skills in captaining the CLICO
football team to 2 CL Financial League victories. Michael joined the
Group Employee Benefits Department at CLICO in 2000 where his
work assignments took him to other island territories. In October
2012, he joined COLFIRE as a software architect and has since been
appointed to Senior Software Analyst. He holds a Bsc (Hons) in
Information Systems Management from the University of London
and a Diploma in Project Management from UWI school of Business
and Applied Studies.
Michael is once again offering himself to serve on this Committee.

Abena St.Louis
Abena has devoted over 8 years of service to the CLICO Credit
Union as a Link Officer and is an outgoing member of the Credit
Committee in which she served for 6 years. Abena is one of CLICO’s
formidable front line Customer Service Representatives and is
proficient at customer care management. Abena is passionate
about her service delivery to all the customers with whom she
interacts and as a result, she is always in high demand. She is a
valuable asset to her employer and her value to the organization
has appreciated as a result of her vast experience and knowledge.
Abena is once again offering herself for service on the Credit
Committee.
Rochelle Squires
Rochelle has worked in the Insurance Industry for over 10 years.
She is currently a Senior Underwriter at Massy United Insurance
Limited. Rochelle’s experience over the years has allowed her to
develop her skills and gain invaluable experience in the Insurance
Industry and especially in the area of service. Rochelle is the holder
of a BA. in Business Management, a Certificate in Insurance and she
is currently pursuing a Diploma in Insurance.
Having served on the Credit Committee for the past year Rochelle is
once again offering herself to serve on this
Committee.
Paula Trail
Paula is currently employed at COLFIRE as the Assistant Manager,
Finance. Prior to working at COLFIRE Paula’s work life began as
a Teller at Republic Bank Limited after which she held accounting
positions at Trinidad Brush Ware Limited and Unit Trust Corporation.
A former student of Providence Girls High School, Paula holds an
ACCA Affiliate since January 2010.
She has been a member of Credit Union for the past 8 years and is
desirous of serving her Credit Union on the Credit Committee.
