Champagne & Cupcakes - 3 offerings • $10,000 each

Cupcakes is in its fourth year and has become
an institution at KBIS. The event is produced by
Modenus, the principal industry social and digital
media connector, and sponsoring brands will

Builder’s Highway Floor Decals* - $10,000

Like a trail of breadcrumbs, floor graphics entice attendees to visit your booth. These eyecatching graphics beckon your audience along as they walk the Builders Highway (main 20’
aisle at the show that also connects attendees to the NAHB conference). 15-20 floor decals
will be produced. Decals must be produced and installed/removed by Freeman to ensure the
adhesive does not damage their carpet. Decals cannot be larger than 2’ x 2’.

Want to reach the entire KBIS attendee list? This is an
exclusive offering for our exhibitors that allow you to
send a dedicated email to the KBIS attendee list. Lists
can be customized by business segment, geography,
sales volume, etc. so you can reach your top
prospects. Rental will go through KBIS email vendor.
List Rental Instructions
• List available only to current year exhibitors.

and not released to renter, in order to
comply with CAN SPAM laws

Badge Packet Mailer Insert - $5,000 per insert
Pre-registered attendees must open their badge packet prior to the show as it includes important
show credentials. Make sure your company is part of this mailer and put your message in the
hands/eyes of these attendees, weeks before the last sentence. Badge Packet Mailers will be
mailed out to over 8,000 pre-registered attendees before the show. Exhibitor is responsible for
providing insert materials.

Be part of this fun and fast-paced event where exhibitors will have the opportunity to “speed
date” with the audience, comprising of media and attendees, about their most innovative
products. The event will take place on the KBISNeXT™ stage in South Hall. Brands will be given
3 minutes to present their innovative product to the audience, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.
After these 5 minutes are over, the next company is introduced. Brands can prepare 3-5 slides
for presentation purposes.

Starts Tuesday | January 19 @ 1:00 PM
Host the “tribe” as they chat and tweet about design trends and innovation while progressing
through the show floor. Chats are expected to have between 40-60 “live” participants as well
as strong Twitter support from this established social media community who may be unable to
attend the show but will follow on Twitter. Each brand will have the participants in their booth
for a period of 15-20 minutes before moving on to the next location. Light refreshments and
Wi-Fi are strongly encouraged to enhance the live experience.
