In addition to optimizing the layout of the
entire air intake system, weight saving and
low cost are achieved by the use of a plastic
intake manifold and fuel rail.
Throttle valve opening and closing is

A throttle body capable of controlling engine
output and idling with an electronically
controlled throttle valve.
While throttle valve opening and closing is
electronically controlled, the intake port is
straightened by making it an oval shape.
A throttle body having a main throttle valve
directly connected to the throttle grip and a
sub-throttle valve controlled by the ECU.
A light, compact and low-cost throttle body for
single cylinder small displacement engines.
Cost reduction is achieved through
optimization of the entire layout of the air
intake system, as well as the application of a
plastic intake manifold.
