A lot of companies will tell you that their employees
are their greatest assets but what does that mean? In
an industry like ours, it can be difficult to differentiate
yourself when it appears that all companies are doing the
same thing. What truly differentiates 4M is our Team
Members. We are very proud of the fact that we attract,
develop and retain the most outstanding Team Members
who represent all of us by the outstanding service
they provide to our customers. They are committed
to ensuring that the job that they do surpasses our
customers’ expectations and we continue to invest in
our Team Members through training, incentives and
recognition and providing an atmosphere where they
can enjoy the job that they do every day. This can be
evidenced by our industry low turnover rate and the
great feedback we receive from our customers.
Our CEO, Tim Murch, continues to promote a culture
that celebrates the successes of each Team Member,
“We can’t recognize our Team Members enough through
our Annual Awards Ceremony, Good Works tickets,
Safety Share Awards and Team Member of the Month
awards.” Tim is involved on a daily basis and takes great
pride in being able to lead and recognize Team Members
for their efforts and going above and beyond.
When new Team Members join our team, they have
the opportunity for development, personal growth and
advancement. We devote significant hours to specific,
structured training for our Team Members. Our
customized comprehensive training programs provide
all Team Members with knowledge and application
in the areas of: safety, quality, chemicals, procedures,
equipment and security, giving them the tools, techniques
and expertise to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Our training is monitored for effectiveness and Team
Members are regularly evaluated on their knowledge of
provided subject matter. Our training is a continuous
process and specific to each of our customers. This
continuous training supports their development,
personal growth and advancement initiatives.
In addition to our training and recognition, we offer
numerous incentives to our Team Members that includes
paid holidays, medical benefits and reward programs
like $100.00 to $1000.00 referral bonuses and Safety
Bingo where Team Members can win up to $4,000.00
and participate in a fun program that keeps safety topof-mind.
Our Team Members are our greatest asset and is what
has made us one of the most respected companies in
our industry. Our focus will remain on rewarding and

passion to provide the best possible service to our

2015 RECAP-A
WINNING YEAR!
2015 was an extremely exciting and positive year for
4M. From a new rebrand, logo, and website to two new
additions to our Executive Leadership Team, we continue
to move forward into an exciting new progressive era
of 4M. Keeping with the traditions and culture our
founder, Mitch Murch Sr., rooted into the company, we
have formed new relationships and strengthened old,
with the main goal of always exceeding our customers’
expectations. This past year we added a few new
awards to our wall including: being named as One of
the Healthiest Companies in America, the St. Louis
Green Business Challenge Award of Achievement, the
BSCAI Safety Award for the 20th time, and our very own
Augustin “Tino” Robledo was awarded the Unsung Hero
Award. We could not have done this all without the hard
work, dedication, and commitment to excellence from
all of our Team Members and we would like to thank
everyone once again for another outstanding winning
year!

With experience in sales,

unit management, finance and
being both a CEO and COO
leading

divisions/companies,
Larry
will use his expertise to lead
all sales and marketing efforts
for 4M. With a bachelor’s in
Business Administration from
the University of Missouri
with an emphasis in Marketing
and Accounting, Larry has worn all the hats. He is a proven leader
with demonstrated value in sitting at the client table focusing on
the clients’ success. He has participated in multiple clients’ annual
strategy meetings and the underlying tactical implementation,
creating relationships that are viewed as a trusted partner.
Larry grew up in Saint Louis, Missouri and attended Brentwood High
School. Married for 39 years this June, he enjoys spending time with
his four kids and seven grandchildren. When he is not working, he
stays busy with volunteering for his church, Immaculate ConceptionDardenne, visiting Delmar Gardens retirement and rehab center,
Knights of Columbus, and The Buddy Fund. If he is not volunteering,
you can find him on the golf course, fly fishing, or reading.

BUILDING SOLUTIONS?

4M means opportunity-Opportunity for personal growth within an organization whose family values, achievable goals and a sky’s the limit
approach to success are in my DNA! Having owned and operated a successful pizza/restaurant for 13 years with my brother, Michael, I decided
to move on to corporate America and sold the business. I landed in St. Augustine, Florida when “opportunity” knocked on my door. 4M needed
a Project Manager for a startup at Northrop Grumman and I took the challenge! I was given the “opportunity” to learn a new industry and push
myself to succeed in an unfamiliar territory. The 4M upper management team obviously recognized my motivation and wiliness to do whatever it
takes to provide a customer with a service or product that’ll “blow them away!” I believe having this confidence afforded me the “opportunity” to
advance myself, from Project Manager to Area Manager; from District Manager to my current role as Regional Manager, all within a relative short
10 year time-span. You’d be hard pressed to find that career path anywhere else in Corporate America! I’m so very thankful to mentor under the
likes of Executive Vice President, Dan Cline, and Chief Operating Officer, Steve Crain. To me their patience and understanding coupled with Tim
Murch’s competitive spirit are what makes 4M great! I’m looking forward to reaching our 2017 Vision goals and beyond! I am proud to say “I’m
part of the team and family at 4M”…I mean that!

A HABIT THAT PAYS AT 4M
4M takes safety seriously and you can witness that through our focus on safety with training,
incentives like Safety Bingo, audits, all the way to our email signatures. Sometimes you may
wonder why we are so focused on safety and are we a little “over the top.” Let’s step back and
look at another company that takes safety seriously and they were considered “over the top”
as well.
In June 1987, Paul O’Neill arrived at Alcoa. At the time, Alcoa was a rust belt relic and recorded
$264 million profit on sales of $4.6 billion. Alcoa’s rate of time lost because of employee
injuries was one-third the U.S. average. O’Neill was an outsider and had been president of
International Paper. He set out to change Alcoa by focusing on safety. Some Wall Street
advisors thought he was crazy and advised their investors to get out of Alcoa. O’Neill told his
managers that to be a world-class company, it had to become the safest. You can’t argue with
results. In 2000 when he retired, Alcoa recorded profits of $1.5 billion on sales of $22.9 billion
and was the top stock among the Dow Jones Industrials. Alcoa went from one-third the U.S.
average in rate of lost time to less than one-twentieth the average. All because he changed the
culture to focus on safety.

The holiday season reminds us all to give thanks for all the many blessings in our lives, and giving back to those in need. During this year’s holiday
party, Team Members were encouraged to bring gifts to be donated to the kids of Mercy Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, along with a donation
to United Way. The chance to make a difference in someone else’s life is truly one of the best gifts we could get this past holiday Season. Along
with holiday parties came many holiday dinners and happy hours! The sales and marketing team had a wonderful time at the BOMA Christmas
party this year along with all our customers!

Giddyup! Welcome to our new office in San Antonio, Texas! Our new office is a result of our increased presence and the efforts of our team in the
market. Our local operations group is led by Lacey Brown and our corporate sales team efforts are led by Chris Wieman.
