Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled with written authorization
prior to imprinting or production. All applicable charges
incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced with a
minimum charge of $50.00 (G). Orders on-hold beyond
sixty (60) days are subject to cancellation.

Assorted/Combining Color Orders
Two colors are available per order as long as each color
meets or exceeds the minimum quantity for the product.
If additional colors are needed, each additional color will

Rush Orders
Every effort will be made to accommodate rush orders;
however, courier and expediting charges may apply.

Over-Runs or Under-Runs
All orders are subject to ship 5% over or under the
quantity ordered. Invoices will reflect the actual quantity
shipped. Any order requiring the exact amount will be
billed $50 (G). Exact shipping is not available on custom
items.
Drop or Split Shipments
A charge of $10.00 (G) will apply for each address
beyond the first. When splitting shipment on multiple
days add $10.00 (G) per shipment. All future shipments
must ship within six months and the entire order will be
invoiced at the time of the first shipment.
Shipping Methods
Unless you provide specific instructions, we will select a
carrier. We can only assure date of shipment, but cannot
be held responsible for arrival date. Faster shipping
methods are available with prior approval.
Special Shipping Instructions
Special mailing labels, packaging requirements and
shipping services will add to the published lead times and
additional charges may apply.
Returns
Unimprinted catalog merchandise may be returned for
credit upon written authorization from factory. The order
must be returned freight prepaid and within 60 days of
original shipment. A charge of 15% of the net cost of the
order being returned will be charged for handling. Any
return must have prior approval with code from factory.
Some items, because of their construction, are not
returnable – please check with a service specialist.
Freight Claims
All claims must be initiated by the customer as title
passes to customer upon consignment of merchandise to
the carrier.
Weights
Weights shown in catalog are approximate and may vary
slightly.
Blank Products
Blank products are available for in-stock finished goods.
Absolute minimum is first column quantity. Minimum

Fonts
By providing production ready artwork that follows
these guidelines, your orders will be produced with the
highest quality imprint and you will avoid unnecessary
delays or charges.
Convert fonts to paths, outlines or curves before
sending. If this is not possible, include the fonts with
your artwork. Font formats that are acceptable are
Postscript Type 1, TrueType, Opentype, DFont and
Multiple Master.
• All imprinting methods require production ready
art that is sized to fit the product.
• Adobe Illustrator® artwork saved as .eps or
.ai files is preferred. We also accept artwork in
the following formats: Macromedia Freehand®,
QuarkXPress™, Adobe Photoshop®, InDesign®.
• If production ready art is not provided, we will
prepare it for you at a rate of $50.00 (X) per hour billed in 15 minute increments. You will be
advised if the time is more than one hour.
Examples of non-production ready artwork
include: photocopies, Microsoft Office formatted
files, business cards, etc.
• Please specify the imprint location and size for
the artwork otherwise the default product
location will be used and artwork will be resized
to provide the best fit.
Color Information
Use the Pantone® color matching system. Specify the
PMS# on your PO, whether ink is gloss (coated) or
flat (uncoated). Gloss (coated) ink will be used unless
specified otherwise. With the Vibracolor™ imprinting
method, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.
Trapping
Trapping is the process of overlapping adjacent colors
to avoid multiple-color registration problems. Trapping,
also called choke and spread, is necessary in screen
printing. If you send your art in one of our accepted
formats, we will create chokes and spreads (traps) for
your artwork.

Sending Artwork
E-mail your art to [email protected] with a
purchase order # in the subject line. If your files are
large you may also upload them through our web site,
mail us a CD/DVD, or upload via FTP. If sending your
artwork by mail or FTP please notify us by e-mail.
Once you have sent your artwork please fax a copy
to us at 507-442-3686 to ensure we have the correct
fonts.
An imprint is considered to bleed when the image runs
to the edges of the product. We require an extra 3/16”
of your image in order to bleed on a vinyl product.
Halftones & Tints
Halftones and screen tints are areas of color created
by dots instead of solid ink coverage. Graduated
screen tints are areas of color that gradually change
their density from light to dark. Graduated screen tints
below 10% will not print. Tints of 90% or more will print
solid. Please keep screen tints between 80% and 20%.
If artwork is sent in one of our accepted formats, we
can ensure that halftones & tints will be printed at the
optimal line screen and angle, assuming product is
large enough.
Line Screen
Line screens refer to the number of lines per inch in
a halftone image. The lower the number, the larger
and more widely spaced dots will be. Higher numbers
allow reproduction of fine detail. For screen printing
purposes, 65-85 line screens are required.
